When this family purchased their 1970s rural bungalow, it had good bones and incredible potential, we helped unlock both. Load-bearing walls came down, hidden beams opened up the main floor, and oversized windows and sliding doors now flood every room with natural light.

The two-tone kitchen with navy cabinetry, Cambria countertops, farmhouse sink, and coffee bar became the heart of the home, a thoughtful Murphy bed and built-ins make the office genuinely functional, and the powder room delivers a bold moment with dramatic wallpaper and curated accents. The ensuite is pure indulgence — an aromatherapy soaking tub and double shower wrapped in floor-to-ceiling marble. Downstairs, a bright basement suite with in-floor heating and dedicated laundry completes a home that was fully reimagined from top to bottom.
